Tekpro Group, Inc. reserves the right to reject any order. Upon approval of order, Tekpro Group, Inc. will ship to any valid address within Southern California, Southern Nevada and Hawaii. No orders can be shipped to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.
Orders* received on www.tekprogroup.com by 3:00pm PST during normal workdays will be processed for shipment the same day**.
Shipping rates charged are based upon the items purchased and the location shipped to.
? Soluble Concentrate orders received on www.tekprogroup.com will be processed within 1 business day and are drop shipped from the manufacturer. Shipping times vary, but drop ship items are generally delivered within 2 weeks. For urgent needs, customers can choose 1) pick up at our facility, 2) substitute EcoWorks, which ships locally.

To return any defective material or support cartridge that was purchased on-line, either download an RMA form from our PROTOTYPE PORTAL at www.tekprogroup.com, or call customer service at 1-909-829-4950 to request an RMA (return material authorization) form. Returns will not be accepted without a completed RMA form. FAX the completed form to 1-909-829-4969, or email to: firstname.lastname@example.org
Once your RMA form has been received and approved, Tekpro, or the manufacturer, at our sole discretion will ship a replacement cartridge direct to the address provided on the RMA form. A shipping label will be included with the replacement cartridge. The defective cartridge must be returned along with a copy of the RMA form using the shipping label provided. Defective cartridges must be returned, or customer will be invoiced for the replacement cartridge.
To return or exchange a non defective item, call customer service at 1-909-829-4950 to request an RMA number. Once the return has been approved, an RMA number will be provided. Return the item, with the RMA number boldly written on packaging to:

Non defective items returned are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping charges for returns are the customers' responsibility. Tekpro Group, Inc. is not responsible for any returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.
Non defective items returned must be unopened and returned in the original packaging.
Exchanges for products returned with approved RMA numbers will be shipped upon receipt of returned products.
All returns will be inspected prior to exchanges being issued.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: open items, soluble concentrate, purchased models or service bureau models.
Tekpro Group, Inc. accept online orders from customers with purchase orders (with approved credit) and credit card payments.
